Followed instructions almost to the letter. (I think the code for
{{{
def elementary_divisors...
}}}
given above needed a minor change.) Passes sage -t. I will report problems
with sage -testall. (This takes a long time on my machine ubuntu 8.10
machine currently.) Hope it is okay to post the patch first.
