Sorry about that, clearly I did not do a -long test. I just left the
"time" command in the doctest by mistake. Testing this again I find that
instead of 15s this example only takes 7.5s (my work yesterday was good,
wasn't it!) but I have left in the # long time sdince this files so much
in it already.
New minipatch should so the trick.
