 I deleted these. Just to be precise - these are not part of GAP but
 parts of (GPL'd) GAP packages.

 I tried to make all the changes you suggested earlier.

 I ran

 However, I don't know what "There is a repo in there where changes need to

 means. Do I run hg_sage.status()? hg_sage.commit()?
