 Is #13447 really needed as a dependency?
 From what I remember, #715 had to permanently keep libsingular rings alive
 because of the bsd.math bug.
 And #13447 intends to replace this workaround by a proper fix.
 I've not followed the discussion at #13447, but it seems to me that #12313
 is needed by #13447 to get proper garbage collection, but it does not seem
 obvious that #12313 depends on #13447.
 Is there some rebase needed?
 Did I miss some other step?
