Currently, the following code fails:

sage: W(W.fraction_field().zero())
TypeError: Cannot convert
sage.rings.padics.padic_ZZ_pX_CR_element.pAdicZZpXCRElement to
sage.rings.padics.padic_ZZ_pX_CA_element.pAdicZZpXCAElement

The attached patch fixes this.
