Hi tom,
Some more Sage comments:
- Currently you have a directory in /sage/combinat called
affine_permutations, but there is only one file in there, namely
affine_permutations.py. Unless you forsee the addition of further file to
break up the code, I would strongly suggest to get rid of the directory
and just put affine_permutations.py in /sage/cominbat as is done for
permutations, partitions etc..
- For the documentation you need to put a link in
/doc/en/reference/combinat
