Something is wrong with trac_12339_fpgroups_libgap.patch, it seems like
two concatenated patches. Patch creates `sage/groups/braid.py` twice, for
example.
Getting `cmp` and/or `richcmp` right is usually tricky. The best reference
is reading `sage/structure/element.pyx`, I'm afraid. I can give it a whirl
if you fix the original patch ;-)
