I've recently updated the libgap patch #13687, make sure that you have the
newest version.
If you just apply trac_12339_fpgroups.3.patch then everything should be
fine. At least all doctests pass for me. The braid patchs needs to be
updated, though.
Also note that I've removed `FinitelyPresentedGroup` from the global
namespace. Since you need to constrcut a `FreeGroup` first there is no
point in having an extra symbol; just create finitely presented groups as
quotients.
