I noticed that there were other calls to unpickle_all() in the
documentation so after playing around for a little I worked out the
register_unpickle_override calls in the doctests were causing the SEGABRT.
(However, the bug reported in #13636 appears to be real as it is
independent of this patch.)
I have rewritten the relevant examples in the documentation so all doc
tests now pass.
