The patch makes {{{gap &>/dev/full}}} hang. (Well, this is consistent with
GAP 4.4 behaviour). At least this is good enough, I suppose, to fix the
orphans issue. I mark this as positive review, with understanding that
orphans, which I can't reproduce anyway, are no longer there. I hope GAP
people will fix this good and proper.
