This seems like it has to be a sagenb problem (that we aren't requiring
zope.interface, and thus packaging zope.interface, in our sagenb prereqs).
Upgrading from sage 4.5? I'm almost sure that it's the sagenb upgrade at
#13121, not this ticket.
