At this stage there are no patch to add to sage the rst patch was
something I started before I realized that we should do something else.
I will put any patch I create for sage in the summary. There are a at
least a couple of things we can fix now. The big question in my mind is:
what do we do with all those divide by 0 warnings? Last time we had the
author of riemann.pyx fix things.
