 I've attached a patch that fixes the equality test for lazy families.

 It leads to testsuite failures in `disjoint_union_enumerated_sets.py`:
 these failures are due to pickling problems that were hidden by the
 deficiency of the old `__eq__` implementation.

 The TestSuite failures would probably be fixed if `_test_pickling` would
 check for
    {{{
    not (f != loads(dumps(f)))
    }}}
 rather than
    {{{
    f == loads(dumps(f))
    }}}
 I'll suggest this in a different ticket.
