By the way, could this be upgraded irrespective of upgrading Maxima? (I
mean for Sage proper.) If all we need is to change the location of the
Maxima library, maybe we could avoid having to track down the doctest
issues in #13364 right now, by providing a minimal Maxima spkg change
here.
