Correct, in attachment:trac_13836_piecewise_critpoints_withdoc.patch and
attachment:trac_13836_piecewise_var_fix.patch there are three references
to {{{#13836}}}.
Or is only attachment:trac_13836_piecewise_var_fix.patch needed? You
should make that clear in the ticket Description.
