Concerning the issue with the optional database: I have added a comment to
trac #5346 with an idea how to address it --- this idea applies verbatim
here. Chris, you certainly are able to provide a concrete example of a
(twist of a) curve such that the resulting conductor is larger than
130000, in less than a minute?
