 I'm not sure whether `xmlto` was installed when testing the betas and RCs
 of MPIR 2.6.0, can't find the build logs right now.  Our MPIR 2.4.0 does
 look for `xmlto` as well, finds it, but apparently doesn't try to build
 yasm's man pages with it, in contrast to 2.6.0.
