From at I've read on sage-devel it is not clear that the zn_poly failure
is MPIR 2.6.0 specific, waiting for feedback there, we should also try on
top of GMP to gather more intel.
For leif: if you want to package a clang enabled spkg, please ase it on
#12115 which was closed as we thought the one here would quickly get in.
