If I run `sage --docbuild all html`, at the end of the second pass for the
reference manual, I see

WARNING: search index couldn't be loaded, but not all documents will be
built: the index will be incomplete.
Build finished. The built documents can be found in
/scratch/palmieri/6495/sage-5.7.beta0/devel/sage/doc/output/html/en/reference

So the warning isn't gone.
