 We should just have versioned documentation on sagemath.org, just like
 Singular:
   * http://www.singular.uni-kl.de/Manual/3-1-0/index.htm
   * http://www.singular.uni-kl.de/Manual/latest/index.htm
 The "latest" manual would then never be stable; independent of this ticket
 in particular there is always the danger of a module being renamed or
 moved around.

 Having said that, Apache `mod_rewrite` could be used to dull some of the
 pain and automatically guess the new location.
