At [ sage-devel], Robert Bradshaw confirmed that it is probably best to
pre-process the source code of a cython function definition, by letting
`_sage_getargspec_cython` first remove the argument's type definition and
then call `_sage_getargspec_from_ast`.
In addition to that, I think for consistency `_sage_getargspec_cython`
should return an `ArgSpec` and not a plain tuple.
Needs review!
