 Replying to [comment:17 dcoudert]:
 1. reverse_edge now takes input parameters the way add_edge does (with
 optional inplace parameter, but 'inplace=True' or 'inplace=False' has to
 be specified)
 2. reverse_edge raises an error if input edge u,v doesn't exist.
 3. the last comment about reverse_edges.
