referring to `TripleDict`. Since both `MonoDict` and `TripleDict` now have
cdef `get` and `set` methods with incompatible signatures, we cannot have
`TripleDict` inherit from `MonoDict` anymore,
I think this is why I originally dropped get/set for `MonoDict`.
What about having different names for the getters and setters (mget/mset
versus tget/tset)? It would avoid the duplication, but would certainly not
be very clean.
