here is the workaround I use in my code:

def my_is_isomorphic(G,H):
r, p = G.is_isomorphic(H,certify=true)
if r==False:
return r
for p in Permutations(range(G.order())):
l = []
for e in G.edges():
l.append([p[e[0]],p[e[1]]])
if DiGraph(l) == H:
return true
return false
}}}
