The latest spkg is at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff/release-
cycles-3.4.1/rc0/flint-1.2.4.spkg
It builds and passes its test suite fine on Linux, OSX and Solaris.
Since this is merely an updated version of Burcin's spkg I am giving this
a positive review.
