I am just thinking: Perhaps one should enrich the key of the
`KeyedReference`, so that it states ''where'' we are supposed to find the
reference that caused the callback. I am thinking of an additional int,
that is 1, 3 or 5 if the reference is in the first, second or third part
of the key (1,3,5 give the relative position in the bucket), and 6 if the
reference belongs to the value of the item.
In that way, we would avoid the racing condition I described in the
previous comment, *and* we would not need to create a separate class
`TripleDictEraserOnValue`.
