I have a couple minor quibbles yet but not worth mentioning as they are to
some extent stylistic.
HOWEVER I think you should ask Harald to reorganize
[http://www.sagemath.org/help.html#SageStandardDoc the standard doc page]
in light of this, AND I think that somewhere in there is also the source
for [http://www.sagemath.org/doc/index.html the Sage doc] which should be
reorganized in light of this. After all, that is where people will be
going first, and these need to make it easy for people to get to the page
organized here.
