 So from what I can tell cythonize is in the right -- these files don't
 need to be rebuilt (they nor any of their dependencies have been changed).
 So it looks like it is an issue of using old cython generated code with
 new cython generated code.

 The other potential fix for this particular issue is to remove
 `sage.structure.mutablity`, since nothing actually uses it (despite
 getting imported in a few places).
