Nice work. I do feel like we should ask on sage-devel about deprecating
the evaluation system keywords versus (as in the current version) simply
removing them but leaving room for their return...

I suppose we could at least doctest this as a todo with the error message
it receives with the "wrong" input.
I still want to give it a final go-over, but various testing of your tests
and code makes me think this is ready. What a job!
