#14405: The libncurses hack breaks Python/readline

 #12725 symlinks libtermcap.a to libncurses.a if it doesn't exist. This
 workaround allows Sage to compile, but the readline in Python is broken.
 Installing the ncurses headers from the distribution (yum install ncurses-
 devel) fixes this, because then the symlink is not created.
