I think ccache is mentioned it the envvar section.
At first I just wanted to mention the Cygwin stuff but found the file in a
bad shape in my opinin so decided to clean it up a little bit and it
already took more time than what I wanted.
So feel free to turn this ticket into a proper overhaul of the file :)
