Hum, its not from FLINT 1, but was added in FLINT 2 to catch PowerG5 cpus
I guess.
The problem is likely to be that Sage builds 32 bits by default on OS X
10.4 (and 10.5) (see http://www.sagemath.org/doc/installation/source.html
and the stuff about SAGE64), but FLINT 2 wants to be too smart and forces
the build of a 64 bits library (because it has detected the cpu has such
capabilities).
