I am in the process of integrating this code into Sage. There appears to
be a memory issue when calculating the Tutte polynomial of a number of
small graphs sequentially. Namely, Sage gets killed by the OS after
exhausting all the physical memory.
Do you happen to have an idea where the fault for this could be?
