If I take the file categories.tex in
`SAGE_ROOT/devel/sage/doc/output/latex/en/reference/categories/` and
truncate it just before the line starting `\index{facade\_for() ...`, then
I need to add in a few lines of the form
{{{
\end{fulllineitems}
}}}
to get it to compile (after I comment out the last Verbatim block before
the line `\index{facade\_for() ...`). So there are several `fulllineitems`
environments nested within each other. Maybe too many, and maybe that's
the problem. That's my current guess.
