 We could leave the obscure utf8x bug workaround in there, if thats what
 you are asking.

 Utf8 (non-x) is slightly different for characters that don't belong to the
 current font encoding. One possible workaround is to manually declare them
 as in the patch. That concerns two places in all of the Sage docs.
