Well, you should be running `setup.py develop` or `setup.py install`.
But...
Replying to [comment:35 dimpase]:

Twisted version 13, not version 12. (And you get traceback from the
latter)...
If this is true, then `setup.py`'s dependency list is wrong - it only
claims you need Twisted version 11 or greater.
