 I am currently working on a patch according to the comments above. It has
 {{{
 algebra.py  free_small_category.py  homspace.py  __init__.py  morphism.py
 paths.py  quiver.py  representation.py
 }}}
 in sage/quivers.

 quiver would be for the "immobilised" version of digraph, paths for the
 element class of the parent structure that is defined in
 free_small_category, and I suppose you correctly guess the content of
 homspace, algebra, morphism and representation.

 Is this OK?
