Its pretty much common practice to use your own blas/lapack headers. For
example, linbox/fflas: http://linalg.org/projects/fflas-ffpack/browser
/fflas-ffpack/config-blas.h Definitely weird, but then its probably the
most stable API ever. And the lack of uniform naming of the header across
vendors doesn't help.
