The use of {{{"$SAGE_LOCAL"/lib/libatlas.so.*.*}}} seems to assume that
there is exactly one file matching {{{"$SAGE_LOCAL"/lib/libatlas.so.*.*}}}
I doubt that this assumption is true in general.
