Just a head up about ecl 13.1.5 and asdf upgrade issues. We have a working
maxima_lib in sage-on-gentoo. So we can upgrade ecl as we now have a
procedure and patch for maxima (both 5.29.1 and 5.30.0 but issues with
5.30.0 are documented in another ticket).
