 Updated. {{{promotion_inverse}}} now works for non-rectangular tableaux as
 well (using a new {{{_slide_down}}} method). Moreover, it works fine for
 the empty tableau. Furthermore, {{{promotion}}} and
 {{{promotion_inverse}}} have been redefined on {{{StandardTableau}}} to
 automatically compute the {{{n}}} variable and to cast the result as a
 {{{StandardTableau}}} (not just a {{{Tableau}}}).
