Which doctest is failing? They all pass on my machine (also
sage-5.11.beta3)
I don't have a strong preference on how `are_projectively_equivalent()`
should implement the check, I just kept that from the previous patch.
Constructing a matrix and computing its rank incurs some overhead but that
doesn't really matter here, so the matrix version should be used.
