I added a git branch containing just the spkg meta files. It needs the
file sagenb-0.10.7.1.tar.gz, which is available to people with accounts on
boxen in my home directory (/home/tkluck/sagenb-0.10.7.1.tar.gz)
This does not (yet?) incorporate #10637 or #14273.
