I've set the ticket to needs_review and I'll write a review patch. I would
like to know if there is a better name than `IdealAlgebra` since that is
somewhat misleading (perhaps something that does not begin with `Ideal`
such as `PartitionIdealAlgebra`)? Also, you'll need to fill in your real
names as the authors.
