#15002: make all 3D plots raise error on invalid arguments

Essentially what the title says. Example:

sage: point([(0,1,2), (3,4,5)], abcd='nothing good') # shows a nice
plot
}}}
This ticket should also clean up 3D plots derived from 2D plots, example
`point(..).plot3d`.
