New description:

MPIR 2.6.0 does not build on Cygwin 64.
The next version should fix this problem (and others).
Patches from Sage will mostly be integrated.
When MPIR 2.6.1? is released, we shoudl also surely add a spkg-src script
which automatically purges the spkg from all the Windows stuff.
