Old description:

New description:
MPIR 2.6.0 does not build on Cygwin 64.
The next version should fix this problem (and others).
Patches from Sage will mostly be integrated.
We should also surely add a `spkg-src` script which automatically purges
the spkg from all the Windows stuff.
