The patch for this ticket includes new error handling in the following
functions in logicparser.py:
polish_parse(), recover_formula_internal(), tree_parse()
The patch also includes five new functions:
in boolformula.py: implies()
in logicparser.py: get_trees()
in propcalc.py: get_formulas(), consistent(), valid_consequence()
