Same behavior for me on sage.math on top of 5.12.rc1 (with Sage's GCC
built) with the provided 2.x spkg and the new 3.0.2 one.
Still no -lRblas and no error.
So I cannot do much about Volker's problem without further info...
It would also be nice if Emmanuel could confirm the error on OS X is still
there.
