Attached is the beginning of a class for elliptic curve isogenies.
There are several large areas for improvement:
1) Implementing more algorithms for computing isogenies (such as
algorithms that use range and domain curves as input.
2) Implementing an algorithm for calculating the dual isogeny (this is
easy once (1) is implemented.)
